On Wednesday our driver Ricardo picked us up at 8:30 and we started off to Épernay in Champagne country. Along the way we stop at colourful little towns and took in the beautiful view of country side.
The cellars at Moët et Chandon are very old and very cold, and full of history. Our guide gave us a great lesson in the work that goes into making all those bubbles that we use for celebrations.
