Tuesday our whole group went to Le Cordon Bleu Académie D'art Culinaire de Paris. This was a great afternoon of watching our teacher/Chef show us how to cook a total meal using Champagne in each recipe.
The Chef, Marc Thivet, was so very special and made cooking so much fun. We got to eat everything after our lesson.
This was a highlight day for us.
