The flea market is open on the week-end and also Monday, so some of us went to the major flea market: Puces de Saint-Ouen.
Once you get past the jeans, t-shirts, and Tour Eiffel key chains you will, at the back of the market, find antiques, vintage clothes and great jewellery.
The shop that blew my mind was a great antique jewellery shop called Au Grenier de Lucie which featured Marion Haskell and Kenneth Lane jewellery that was out of this world. I also bought a tapestry pillow cover made in France from Vernaison Tapis for 9 Euros. Then at noon it was lunch and Edith Piaf music at Chez Louisette -- a real adventure.
